Please note: Architectural plans found in the County’s archives are a public record and may be viewed by the public at the B&S public counter, upon request. However, in order to receive a copy of such plans, State law requires permission from the owner, and original designer, if available, in order to release the plans. If requested, our office will provide you with the necessary forms and information to assist you with obtaining the designer's approval to release copies of those plans.
