Graywater and Rainwater Catchment

Get information about minimum requirements for the installation of greywater systems in occupancies regulated by the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). It is intended to provide guidance to code users while providing flexibility that will encourage the use of graywater.
This chapter contains provisions which allow the installation of limited types of graywater systems to be installed without a construction permit.
