CEQA Environmental Review
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requires lead agencies to determine whether a project is exempt from environmental review or, if not exempt, the agency must prepare an environmental document. This webpage provides a summary of CEQA environmental documents available for public review. This includes summaries of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Scoping Meeting announcements, and other types of CEQA documents. These summaries contain the project title, project location, lead agency name, contact information, and project description. All environmental documents are also posted to the State of California CEQAnet portal at https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/.
