The Resource Management Agency has a wide variety of documents available for browsing online at VC Citizen Access. VC Citizen Access is a real-time land use, searchable database to track land use permits for properties located in the unincorporated areas of the County.

Environmental Health

Electronic Records Search

The Environmental Health Division maintains its most commonly requested files in electronic format on the internet as a service to the public. Electronic files may be viewed, downloaded or printed from this site free of charge. While the Environmental Health Division strives to maintain accurate electronic copies of records; it has not verified that every electronic file is complete.

Paper Records Search

For those records not available online, a Records Search Request Form must be completed for each address (address ranges cannot be processed).

Accela Citizen Access

VC Citizen Access is a web-based program that displays real-time data stored in the County's land use database, Accela Automation, which is an internal system used by County staff to track land use permits for properties located in the unincorporated areas of the County.
