Building and Safety Hours of Operation

Until further notice, our offices are  open to the public Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm. Our offices are open to the public during the lunch hour.

This schedule is being observed at both the East and West County offices (Simi Valley and Ventura offices) and is subject to change as the pandemic conditions and restrictions evolve.

Plan Check Submittal and Permit Issuance (No financial transactions ½ hour before closing).
