The Environmental Health Division is now receiving Right of Entry (ROE) forms for the County-led Debris Removal Program and applications for the Private Debris Removal Program at the Ventura County Government Center Hall of Administration. With a dedicated table for Mountain Fire debris removal and increased staffing, we’re offering one-on-one support to answer your questions and assist you in completing these forms.

You can access both the ROE forms and Private Debris Removal applications at our RMA Mountain Fire page below or in person.

Forms must be submitted no later than Monday, January 13, 2025 to the Ventura County Environmental Health Division.

Submissions can be made in person (recommended to ensure all fields are completed) by mail, or by email.

The Environmental Health Division is here to guide you through the debris removal process. Don’t hesitate to give them a call or stop by to speak with a staff member.
