Zoning Ordinance Amendments

County-Initiated Text Amendments to the Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance amending the Requirements for Beekeeping, Setback and Height Requirements for Fences and Retaining Walls, and Permit Exemption for Heating and Cooling Equipment and Similar Structures (Case No. PL21-0043)

On November 1, 2022, the County Board of Supervisors adopted County-initiated text amendments to Articles 2, 5, 6,7, and 19 of the Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance regarding requirements for beekeeping, setback and height requirements for fences and retaining walls, and permit exemption for heating and cooling equipment and similar structures. The ordinance amendments will become effective on December 1, 2022.
