whats my zoning

What's My Zoning is a tool to help you find the zoning designation for parcels within the unincorporated areas of Ventura County.

Enter the 9 or 10 digit Assessor Parcel Number (APN) and click on Submit. A new window will appear showing your parcel and the zoning designation your parcel falls within.

Note: If you don't know your APN, please click here to be taken to the County Tax Collector's website. You'll be prompted to enter your address, then to click the Submit Search button. Your APN will be provided if it exists in our database.
