The mission of the Resource Management Agency, in cooperation with the public and our partner agencies, is to protect the consumer and community’s health, safety, and environment by carrying out adopted laws and policies, and educating, assisting, and empowering Ventura County residents and businesses to be good stewards of the land and our resources.

Payments and Fees

The Resource Management Agency (RMA) charges fees for various services and programs.
Each division in the RMA has separate fee schedules depending on the program.

Generally, RMA accepts the following types of payments: cash, checks and credit cards for most programs. The Public Counters are temporarily closed to slow the spread of Covid-19; please call the Division phone numbers below to schedule an on-site payment. Payments may be made in person between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the following locations:
