The Fee Estimator calculates an estimate of the permit fees for common types of projects within the County of Ventura jurisdiction for Building and Safety only. These fees are to be used as estimates only and are not intended to determine actual fees for a project. Exact project fees will be determined by the Building and Safety staff at the time of submittal of a complete permit application. Fees are subject to change, and additional fees may apply due to the scope of work in certain geological sensitive areas. Please refer to the other departments directly regarding their fees.
