La Conchita Ranch Land Use Information

The Planning Division has received a number of inquiries regarding the properties commonly referred to as the La Conchita Ranch -- the largely agricultural property above the community of La Conchita. The attached Fact Sheet was prepared to summarize some of the relevant land use data for this site.

In addition, an aerial photo describes the parcel boundaries and Assessor’s Parcel Numbers for the ranch properties. Finally, a summary of approved permits on the parcels is provided. This summary is from the County's Permits Plus system and does not include all historical permit information.
